GH-500 series rollover bus/truck wash machine, suitable for cleaning dust, oil stains and other stains on the surface of large vehicles. Automatically clean the front, roof, sides and rear of the vehicle through the action of water, detergent and cleaning brush. The bus washing machine is composed of a mobile brushing system, an electric control system, a water supply system, a detergent supply system, etc. When the vehicle stops at the designated position in the cleaning area, the machine moves on the walking rail, automatically sprays foam and start brushes washing, and can choose whether to use the top brush to clean the front, rear or roof during the cleaning process.

How to solve the installation problem?
Under normal circumstances, we send 1-2 engineers to the customer site to install and debug the equipment, taking about 10 days per set. We provide detailed installation drawings and online guidance. Equipment is debugged in the factory before leaving, and each component is marked to correspond with the installation drawing.
How long is the machine warranty?
For car washes with brushes, the equipment is guaranteed 2 years after delivery. Touchless car washes are guaranteed for 3 years. During the warranty period, the cost of accessories is covered, while the customer handles international freight.
How long is the lead time?
Rollover type (standard 380V, 50HZ) takes 20 working days. Bus and truck washing machines (standard 380V, 50HZ) take 30-35 working days. Non-standard voltage requires an additional 10-15 working days for customized electrical components.
What if a part is broken? Will it affect the operation?
No. If an accessory is broken during peak hours, the operator can manually turn off that specific function on the touch screen without affecting the normal operation of other functions. Damaged parts can be replaced during off-hours.
Can the car washer be connected to a payment system?
Yes, we can leave the signal wire for the car washing machine in advance. By understanding the signal requirements of your local payment machine (coin, banknotes, or credit cards), we can connect the two systems for unmanned management.
How should I choose a site for installation?
The primary rule is high traffic volume. Ideal locations include gas stations, highway intersections, large supermarkets, large parking lots, and dense residential areas.
