The Suspension Roller Cement Pipe Machine is the ideal equipment to manufacture cement pipe, uses a suspension roller to drive the mold mounted on it. The centrifugal force generated by the mold's rotation evenly distributes the concrete mixture onto the mold's inner wall. As the feed increases, the concrete pipe wall thickens. When it exceeds the mold's mouth, the mold separates from the roller. The concrete inside the pipe directly contacts the rotating roller. The mold continues to rotate due to the friction between the roller and the concrete. The roller repeatedly presses the pipe wall, enabling the concrete to achieve the required compaction and a smooth surface in a short time.

The Suspension Roller Cement Pipe Machine consists of a frame, transmission speed change mechanism, suspension roller, gantry, hopper, and feeder.

The mold is made up of two semi-circular mold skins connected by a bolt. Retaining rings are fitted at both ends of the mold skin and fixed with a tightening screw to form the assembly. In addition to being made of cast steel, the retaining ring can also be manufactured by welding thick steel plates.
