CIP (Cleaning In Place) systems are widely utilized in pharmaceutical, dairy, fruit juice, food, beer, wine, and other industries for the efficient cleaning of production equipment and pipelines.
The CIP system controls the washing solution temperature via steam or electrical heaters. It automates the control of temperature, washing duration, and pH levels to ensure optimal liquid management. The process includes water filling, pH adjustment (acid/alkali), heating, and a sequence of hot water, alkali, and acid washes.
