Product Description

Reverse osmosis (RO) water purification system is an advanced membrane separation technology widely used for producing high-quality purified water. It works by applying pressure to raw water and forcing it through a semi-permeable membrane, which effectively removes dissolved salts, organic substances, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities. The result is clean, safe, and stable water that meets various industrial and domestic standards.

The system is designed with a modular structure, allowing flexible configuration based on different water quality and capacity requirements. It can be customized for small-scale, medium-scale, or large-scale water treatment projects.

Water Treatment Process
RO Treatment Principle Diagram

Standard Process Flow:

Quartz sand filter → Activated carbon filter → Water softener → High pressure pump → RO system → UV/Ozone disinfection.

Raw water first enters the quartz sand filter to remove suspended particles. The activated carbon filter then removes residual chlorine and organic matter. A softening system reduces calcium and magnesium to prevent scaling. Finally, the high-pressure pump forces water through the RO membrane to achieve high-purity output.

Frequently Asked Questions
What information is needed for a customized water treatment proposal?
Please provide the raw water source (tap, borehole, river, etc.), a water analysis report or TDS value, the required hourly output capacity, and the intended application for the purified water.
Can the RO system handle seawater or high-salinity water?
Yes, we design specialized configurations for brackish water and seawater desalination using high-rejection membranes and corrosion-resistant materials to handle high salt concentrations.
What is the typical lifespan of the RO membranes?
With proper pretreatment and regular maintenance, RO membranes typically last 2 to 3 years. The lifespan depends heavily on the quality of the feed water and the consistency of the flushing cycles.
Is the system fully automated?
Most of our modern RO systems are equipped with PLC automatic control systems, allowing for real-time monitoring, automatic flushing, and safety alarms, which minimizes the need for manual operation.
Do you provide technical support for installation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive operation manuals, remote technical guidance, and video support. On-site engineering assistance can also be coordinated for large-scale industrial projects.
What consumables require periodic replacement?
Regular consumables include PP sediment filters, quartz sand, activated carbon, and water softening resin. The replacement frequency varies based on water usage and source water quality.
