This 10m³/h (10-ton/hour) industrial reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system is a comprehensive solution consisting of high-efficiency pretreatment, a robust RO unit, advanced electrical controls, and durable piping. The pretreatment phase utilizes a multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, and precision cartridge filter to effectively remove suspended solids, chlorine, and fine particles, ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of the RO membranes.
The core RO unit is powered by a 7.5kW high-pressure pump and features six 8040 high-rejection membranes. It includes an automatic flushing device to maintain system hygiene and efficiency, producing purified water with conductivity levels below 10μS/cm. Built on an SS304 stainless steel framework, the system is designed for superior corrosion resistance and is ideal for demanding industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and laboratory research.
