

This product is designed for the rapid melting of massive and bagged asphalt. It effectively solves problems such as uneven heating aging, slow melting rates, and wasted energy consumption commonly found in traditional oil tank processes.
Provides 900,000 calories per hour with over 90% heat conversion. The main system uses direct heat heating (600,000 kcal/h) while the secondary auxiliary system uses heat conduction medium (300,000 kcal/h). This dual approach ensures efficient heating regardless of the asphalt level.
An adjustable thermostatic heat carrier circulation system that quickly divides large volumes of solid asphalt into 5-10 cm pieces. This increases the heating area and initiates the preheating process to flow shape.
Equipped with 11 kw frequency conversion control. It allows for low-speed mixing when viscosity is high to prevent local overheating, and high-speed mixing once the asphalt is fully melted.
Features a heating plate working at 120ºC, allowing ton bags of asphalt to smoothly enter the cutting system. The closed turning plate creates a confined space to reduce heat loss and maximize melting speed.
