Q26 Series Environmental Sand Blasting Room is a specialized large-scale surface preparation system designed for cleaning complex, irregularly shaped, or oversized workpieces such as steel structures, containers, transformer shells, and engineering machinery parts.

Unlike standard blasting machines, this system offers a fully enclosed environment that recovers abrasive automatically, ensuring a dust-free operation. We provide fully customized solutions with three types of abrasive recovery systems to meet different foundation and budget requirements.

With 35 years of expertise in surface treatment equipment and foundry machinery, our facility operates a 30,000-square-meter manufacturing area with over 200 skilled engineers. We have successfully delivered over 2,000 projects across 80 countries.

Full-Assembly Packaging: Suitable for standard machines. Units are mounted on heavy-duty wooden crates or metal frames with waterproof wrapping.

Knock-Down (KD) Packaging: Recommended for oversized machinery. Equipment is disassembled into modules, individually packed in numbered wooden cases with bracing.
