We provide a one-year warranty to ensure the machine works well. We maintain an inventory level of spare parts for timely replacements and offer preferential quotations to all clients.
What should I do if the machine has a problem?
We offer a 24-hour response via mail and phone. If parts break due to non-artificial factors within 12 months, we offer free replacement. Beyond 12 months, customers bear the freight and accessory costs.
How long is the warranty period?
Our standard equipment warranty period is generally one year.
What are the typical payment terms?
Our usual payment term is 30% TT in advance and 70% TT before shipment. Other methods can be discussed and agreed upon by both sides.
Does the price include freight?
Our standard pricing is based on FOB terms. If you require CIF pricing, please provide your delivery port for a revised quotation.
