The Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system is an advanced membrane separation technology widely used for producing high-quality purified water. It works by applying pressure to raw water and forcing it through a semi-permeable membrane, which effectively removes dissolved salts, organic substances, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities.
Compared with traditional filtration technologies, reverse osmosis offers higher filtration accuracy, capable of removing up to 99% of total dissolved solids (TDS). The system is designed with a modular structure, allowing flexible configuration based on different water quality and capacity requirements, from small-scale commercial use to large-scale industrial projects.

Standard Treatment Sequence:
Quartz sand filter → Activated carbon filter → Water softener → High pressure pump → RO system → UV Sterilizer → Ozone generator
The pretreatment section (Sand/Carbon/Softener) removes suspended solids, chlorine, and hardness to protect the RO membrane. In double-stage systems, the permeate from the first stage is processed again for even higher purity, suitable for electronics and pharmaceutical industries.
