Industrial RO System 6m³/h
This 6 m³/h reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system consists of a pretreatment section, RO unit, electrical control, and piping assembly. The pretreatment includes a multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, automatic water softener, sodium ion exchange resin unit, and precision cartridge filter (PP, 20 μm) to remove suspended solids, chlorine, hardness, and fine particles, ensuring optimal RO membrane life and performance.
The RO section features a 5.5 kW high-pressure pump (125 m head), six 8040 high-rejection RO membranes, automatic low-pressure flushing, and online conductivity meters (0–20 μS/cm). The system frame and major wetted components are fabricated in SS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the primary function of the multi-media filter and softener?
The multi-media filter removes suspended solids and particles through physical filtration. The activated carbon filter adsorbs organic matter and residual chlorine, which prevents irreversible damage to the RO membranes.
Q2: Can this 6m³/h RO system be customized?
Yes, we offer full OEM/ODM customization based on your specific feed water quality and flow rate requirements, including material upgrades (e.g., SS316L) and PLC automation packages.
Q3: What is the expected salt rejection rate for this system?
The system features high-rejection 8040 membranes, achieving a salt rejection rate of ≥99% under standard operating conditions.
Q4: What are the feed water requirements?
The system handles feed TDS up to 1,500-2,000 mg/L, with a temperature range of 5-45°C and turbidity ≤1 NTU.
Q5: What materials are used for the wetted components?
The system frame and major wetted components are constructed from SS304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
Q6: What certifications does the manufacturing facility hold?
Our manufacturing processes are certified under ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001, ensuring high quality and safety standards.
