CIP System

Usage and scope: This semi-auto CIP cleaning system is used for dairy items in-place cleaning of pipes and vessels, can also apply to the brewery, beverage plants, and general food production materials of pipes and equipment cleaning. It is designed with 3 tanks: an acid liquid tank, an alkaline liquid tank, and a water tank separately connected on the machine frame. The tanks feature a single layer, the water tank includes a heating function, and the tank covers are flat. Constructed from high-quality SUS304 material for a long lifespan.

Operation: It is controlled semi-automatically. Manual input of liquid/water and manual valve operation (acid/alkali/water) is required. A supply pump conveys cleaning liquid through the material pipes and equipment. Cleaning time is adjustable based on real needs. An optional return pump can be added for recycling cleaning liquid.

Main components: Acid liquid tank, alkaline liquid tank, water tank, supply pump, machine frame, stainless steel pipes/valves, and support parts.

Functions: CIP (cleaning-in-place) removes solids and bacteria from tanks and pipework in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. It is a reliable, repeatable process meeting hygiene regulations.
