Product Description

Low-Residue Multi-Source Multi-Destination Pigging System

This system is suitable for industry applications with high low-residual rate requirements. It consists of an automatic launching station, receiving station, pig, and low-residual valves with fully automated control.

Key Features:

Equipped with a cleaning agent inlet, the internal structure has no cleaning dead zones and connects directly to CIP cleaning pipelines. This design minimizes residual material (as low as a few grams per meter), reducing waste, increasing product conversion rates, and eliminating cross-contamination.

Technical Data:

  • Working pressure range: 0 - 10 bar
  • Temperature range: 0°C - 100°C
  • Main body material: SS304, SS316L
  • Sealing material: EPDM (default), VMQ, FKM, FFKM, NBR
  • Surface roughness: Ra≤0.8μm

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the advantages of an automatic pigging system?
The system reduces product waste, improves yield, lowers water and chemical usage, and recovers up to 99% of residual product while ensuring sanitary compliance.
Why is the process called "pigging"?
While "PIG" is sometimes considered an acronym for Pipeline Inspection Gadget, it also refers to the squeaky sound original cleaning pigs made when traveling through pipes.
How do I choose the right pipeline pig?
Selection depends on your industry and product. Options include replaceable lip pigs, lithium battery pigs, PTFE pigs, and double-sphere solid pigs.
What materials are the systems constructed from?
The main body is typically constructed from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS304 or SS316L) to ensure hygiene and durability.
What is the typical operating temperature range?
Our standard pigging systems are designed to operate efficiently at temperatures ranging from above 0°C to 100°C.
Is the system compatible with CIP (Clean-In-Place)?
Yes, the system is designed without cleaning dead zones and can be fully integrated with factory CIP pipelines for automated cleaning.
