The CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) cleaning device is widely applicable to the food industry, especially in dairy, fruit juice, and beverage production. In food processing, sanitation is critical to prevent pollution. The CIP cleaning device effectively controls organic waste, microbes, and bacteria. Equipment, pipes, and storage tanks cleaned through CIP circulative fluid require no disassembly, significantly reducing labor intensity.
The portable CIP cart is composed of a caustic tank with an electric heating element, an acidic tank, a sanitary pump, a control panel, and a support frame with wheels. The main body is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. Tank volumes typically range between 100 and 200 liters depending on facility requirements.



System Includes: Intelligent CIP system features central integration including WFI tanks, CIP tanks, plate heat exchangers, piping filters, transfer pumps, loop liquid pumps, temperature and level controllers, PLC touch screens, and pneumatic valves.
Work Principle: Cleaning liquid is automatically prepared via adjustable programs. The process—conveying, return flow, circulation, and recovery—is managed through pneumatic control valves and liquid return pumps, monitored by conductivity detectors and PLC interfaces.
