CIP Washing Online Cleaning Equipment System for Brewing Tanks
The CIP station cleaning machine, known as an in-situ cleaning system (Cleaning In Place), allows for cleaning without moving or opening devices. It uses high-temperature, high-concentration cleaning fluid to sanitize contacting surfaces effectively.
Working Principle: Through an adjustable set program, the CIP system automatically prepares cleaning liquids. Utilizing pneumatic control valves, transfer pumps, and loop liquid pumps, it manages the entire cycle of transfer, circulation, drainage, and recovery. The PLC control system ensures automated online cleaning based on inspection instrument data.
