Q26 Series Environmental Sand Blasting Room

The Q26 Series Sand Blasting Room is a specialized large-scale surface preparation system designed for cleaning complex, irregularly shaped, or oversized workpieces such as steel structures, containers, transformer shells, and engineering machinery parts.

Unlike standard blasting machines, this system offers a fully enclosed environment that recovers abrasive automatically, ensuring a dust-free operation. Three types of abrasive recovery systems are available to meet different foundation and budget requirements.

• Shipbuilding & Marine: Cleaning ship blocks and large components.
• Steel Structures: Rust removal for H-beams, bridges, and trusses.
• Engineering Machinery: Excavators, cranes, and mining equipment.
• Containers & Tanks: Refurbishment of shipping containers.
• Transformers: Cleaning large transformer casings.

Full-Assembly Packaging: Securely mounted on heavy-duty frames with waterproof film for mid-sized units.

Knock-Down (KD) Packaging: Recommended for oversized machinery to optimize space. Disassembled into modules with internal bracing and detailed assembly manuals.
