This unit is designed for the purification of smoke and dust generated during welding, polishing, cutting, and grinding processes. It is highly efficient for recycling rare metals and precious materials, purifying large amounts of suspended metallic particles from the air.
Operating Principle:
Equipped with a three-layer filter system:
- Flame Arresting: Sucked air passes through a flame arrester to block sparks. Larger particles descend into the dust bag via a gravity separator.
- Core Filtration: Smaller particles are captured on the surface of core filters.
- Active Carbon: Clean gas is further purified by active carbon to meet environmental standards before release.
Equipped with overload prevention circle to avoid motor damage and ensure steady performance.
Auto-pulse jet cleaning system: Rotating and back-flushing type to keep the filter core clean and maintain stable airflow.
High-efficiency filter core imported from America, capable of arresting 0.3μm particles (including wet particles).
