The CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) System is an essential cleaning device designed for ease of operation, safety, and automation. The system integrates with production pipelines and spray balls. It typically consists of:
Hot Water Tank: Features automatic return after cleaning. The temperature and liquid level are monitored and displayed in real-time.
Alkali & Acid Tanks: Equipped with pneumatic two-position and three-way valves for synchronized return of solutions. These tanks monitor temperature, pH values, and liquid levels to ensure precise chemical concentration.
